We will beat the rain again. See you in the parking lot at 3:00 behind the performing arts building on St.Mary's campus. It's a warm one so bring water! We will be making shape necklaces, hiking and looking for shapes in nature.

Thanks to all of you who came to the Town of Buffalo Park. Our leaf ink prints were great! Sheila and I will meet you on the St. Mary's University Campus on Wednesday May 23 at 3pm. Use the main entrance off of Hwy 14 onto campus. Go straight past the Performing Arts building and park in the lot behind that building. You will see a walking path across the road from the parking lot. Take the trail to your right before the bridge. you will walk along the creek, see a waterfall and lots more! Yes it is a frisbe golf course also a cross country course. This is nature in Winona at it's best so come prepared for a real hiking experience. Water bottles might be a good idea for this one! See you there!

Thanks to all who joined Sheila and me at Farmers Park. What a peaceful spot! We made bug catchers(anyone catch a bug?) and got our feet wet. Let's go to the Town of Buffalo Park on May 16. Cross the bridge to Wisconsin, turn right on Hwy 35. You will see the park on your right, it's not far(about 2 miles).  Still reading? Good for you, but you don't have to bring a thing this time. See you at 3:00.

Hi all, what a great day at the Deer Park! Let's meet at Farmers Park next Wednesday (May 9) at 3:00. Just take Hwy 14 west toward Lewiston, over Stockton hill and through Stockton. The entrance to the park is to your right, the park itself is on the left. We will be making bug catchers so bring a small plastic bottle(like a juice bottle) rinsed out, label removed and cap on. See you there!
